The flowers were ready to order on the website, they were delivered on time and the tracking was perfect! In addition, the contact and correspondence was amazing. The delivery address is codicil to find, and they contacted me the night before delivery to confirm directions for the delivery guy. The quality of the flowers of also fantastic, and they were delivered in a ceramic pot. I'm very happy with the quality and the service, and will not hesitate to use Gwillim flowers again.
